RADCOM Ltd. announced a multi‑year agreement with 1GLOBAL to deploy its RADCOM ACE AI‑driven assurance platform across 1GLOBAL’s network.

1GLOBAL, a regulated mobile virtual network operator in nine countries and licensed operator in 31 jurisdictions, serves more than 43 million connections worldwide and reported revenue of over $100 million in 2024, up 66% from $78.9 million in 2023.

The deployment will give 1GLOBAL real‑time visibility into subscriber, device, and IoT traffic, enabling proactive performance management and improved customer experience. RADCOM ACE uses AI and machine learning for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and automation in cloud‑native 5G environments.

The agreement is expected to generate recurring revenue for RADCOM and aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its AI‑driven assurance solutions in the growing 5G ecosystem. RADCOM reported Q1 2025 revenue of $16.6 million, a 17.5% year‑over‑year increase, reflecting momentum from new deployments.

The partnership positions RADCOM as a key partner for large, multi‑country operators transitioning to cloud‑native 5G architectures and supports 1GLOBAL’s expansion of its travel eSIM and IoT services.
