Resideo Technologies, Inc. announced record second quarter 2025 financial results, with net revenue of $1.94 billion, a 22% increase year-over-year and 8% on an organic basis. Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA reached $210 million, up 20% year-over-year, and Adjusted EPS was $0.66, both exceeding the high-end of the company's outlook range. This performance was driven by strong organic net revenue growth and gross margin expansion in both the ADI and Products and Solutions segments. The Products and Solutions segment delivered net revenue of $666 million, up 6% year-over-year, with strong demand for new products like the Honeywell Home FocusPRO thermostats and First Alert SC5 connected smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. ADI Global Distribution reported net revenue of $1.277 billion, up $318 million year-over-year, achieving 10% organic growth and 19% organic e-commerce growth. Despite a GAAP net loss of $825 million for the quarter, primarily due to an $882 million Indemnification Agreement expense related to the Honeywell transaction, the company's operational performance was strong. Resideo generated $200 million in net cash from operating activities, a significant increase from $92 million in the prior year period. Based on this strong performance, Resideo raised its full year 2025 outlook, now projecting net revenue between $7.45 billion and $7.55 billion, and Adjusted EBITDA between $845 million and $885 million. Fully diluted Adjusted EPS is expected to be between $2.75 and $2.87, with cash from operations (excluding the Honeywell payment) projected at $405 million to $435 million.
