Members of Supercuts Rewards® can earn points on their spending, which are redeemable for various rewards, including discounts on services and free haircuts. The program also provides early access to promotions, aiming to enhance customer retention and frequency.
Initial pilot data from salons demonstrated a promising 3.4% incremental traffic growth net of control, indicating the program's potential to drive business. Regis Corporation is targeting 50% of sales to come from rewards members by the first half of calendar year 2025.
