RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. reported its financial results for the fiscal 2025 third quarter ended June 30, 2025. Total revenues decreased to $71.1 million from $76.2 million in the prior year quarter, and for the nine months, total revenues decreased to $208.5 million from $222.4 million.
GAAP EPS increased significantly to $0.46 from $(0.56) year-over-year, largely due to lower impairment charges. However, non-GAAP EPS declined to $0.77 from $1.35. The company also reported a $3.3 million lawsuit settlement expense, partially offset by a $1.1 million gain from an insurance payment related to the Baby Dolls Fort Worth fire.
The Nightclubs segment revenues declined by 0.8% to $62.3 million, with same-store sales down 3.7%. The Bombshells segment revenues decreased by 34.5% to $8.6 million, with same-store sales down 13.5%. Consolidated free cash flow decreased to $13.3 million from $13.8 million, and debt remained stable at $241.3 million.
