The case was dismissed effective January 8, 2025.
Management concluded that there was no chance of being granted additional time to increase domestic production without tariffs, and the likelihood of a small company prevailing against the interests of a large monopolistic corporation was slim. This decision marks a strategic shift from legal challenge to internal operational adjustments.
In response, RVP engineers have adapted some older equipment to enhance the transition process, which is expected to significantly reduce the need to import syringes. The company anticipates these efforts will diminish the risks to its continued survival brought about by the recent tariffs.
