Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) announced on November 19 2025 that it has entered into a partnership with HavocAI to link the company’s autonomous maritime fleets to the U.S. Navy’s global command and control infrastructure. The collaboration will connect HavocAI’s autonomous vessel platform to SAIC’s Joint Range Extension (JRE) system, which extends the range and interoperability of Link 16 (TADIL‑J) used by U.S. armed forces. By integrating autonomous vessels into the Navy’s C2 network, the partnership aims to enhance maritime domain awareness and support the Navy’s Combined Joint All‑Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) objectives. The joint effort will enable real‑time situational awareness data from autonomous fleets to be transmitted to maritime operations centers, thereby improving decision‑making speed and operational effectiveness. This partnership marks a significant expansion of SAIC’s autonomous capabilities and strengthens its strategic relationship with a key government customer, positioning the company to play a larger role in future Navy modernization programs.
