SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. announced the appointment of Asaf Alperovitz as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Alperovitz replaces Ariel Porat, who will remain with the company for a transition period.
Mr. Alperovitz brings over three decades of leadership experience, most recently serving as CFO of Delta Galil from 2019 to 2024. His career includes CEO and CFO positions at NASDAQ, NYSE, and TASE listed companies, and senior management roles at Ernst & Young.
Throughout his career, Mr. Alperovitz has led multiple IPOs, secondary offerings, M&A deals, and strategic transformations. His extensive experience is expected to benefit SolarEdge as it advances its mission and aims to enhance its financial performance.
