Largo Mayor Woody Brown welcomed Sprouts, noting that the investment reflects the city's dedication to fostering a vibrant business environment. The new store brings valuable jobs to Largo and focuses on fresh, healthy food options.
The Largo location will work with local Florida farmers, including Alderman Farms and Always Fresh Farms, to source produce. Through its Food Rescue program, the store will donate surplus food to Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida.
