The Board of Sify Infinit Spaces Limited (SISL), a subsidiary of Sify Technologies, welcomed Mr. Mark Adams as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Mr. Adams is a global data center technology advisor and M&A executive with decades of experience.
Previously, Mr. Adams served as Chief Development Officer of Equinix for 10 years, where he was responsible for Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Real Estate, overseeing significant revenue growth. He is currently a Senior Advisor to Global Infrastructure Partners and a Board Advisor for other data center companies.
Chairman Raju Vegesna stated that Mr. Adams brings a combination of multi-geography business exposure and technology foresight from leading data center peers. His experience will be particularly relevant in working with the Board on strategy and with senior leadership at SISL to scale its hyperscale and enterprise business, building clear value across multiple verticals.
