SiTime announced the launch of its Endura Super‑TCXO, the ENDR‑TTT, a MEMS‑based oscillator that delivers up to 20× longer holdover and 20× better PNT accuracy, addressing the growing need for resilient timing in environments where GNSS signals can be jammed or spoofed.

The new oscillator uses MEMS technology to provide a highly stable reference clock that remains accurate for extended periods without external signals. The 20× improvement in holdover means the device can maintain precise timing for up to 20 times longer than competing quartz oscillators, while the 20× better PNT accuracy reduces position error to sub‑meter levels even when satellite signals are temporarily unavailable.

SiTime’s announcement comes amid heightened concerns over GNSS interference, with defense and aerospace customers demanding solutions that can keep navigation and timing functions operational during signal loss. The Endura family has already been adopted by several high‑profile customers, and the new Super‑TCXO expands the portfolio into the high‑growth GNSS‑resilient market, positioning SiTime to capture new revenue streams in defense, industrial, and data‑center segments.

The launch aligns with SiTime’s broader strategy to capitalize on the AI and data‑center boom, where precision timing is critical for synchronization and security. CEO Rajesh Vashist highlighted the company’s strong momentum and growth across customer segments, noting that the new oscillator will reinforce SiTime’s leadership in precision timing and support its expanding clock business funnel.

SiTime has begun sampling the ENDR‑TTT for early adopters and plans to start mass production in the first quarter of 2026. While pricing details have not been disclosed, the product is expected to command a premium in markets that require rugged, low‑power, and highly accurate timing solutions.

Analysts have responded positively to the launch, citing the product’s potential to strengthen SiTime’s position in the GNSS‑resilient market and to drive future revenue growth, especially as the company’s clock business funnel expands to $300 million in the coming year.
