Champion Homes, Inc. announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 29, 2025. For the full fiscal year 2025, net sales increased 22.7% to $2.5 billion, driven by the Regional Homes acquisition and higher organic U.S. home sales. Gross profit rose 36.7% to $664.0 million, with gross margin expanding 270-basis points to 26.7%.
Fourth quarter fiscal 2025 net sales increased 10.7% to $593.9 million, with U.S. homes sold up 5.1% to 5,941 units. Gross profit for the quarter increased 55.0% to $152.5 million, with gross margin at 25.7%, benefiting from the absence of a $34.5 million product liability reserve recorded in the prior-year quarter. Adjusted gross profit for the quarter increased 14.7%, with margin expanding 90-basis points.
Net income for fiscal 2025 increased 35.3% to $198.4 million, and Adjusted EBITDA grew 16.2% to $285.1 million. The company also announced a definitive agreement to acquire Iseman Homes, Inc., and its 10 retail sales centers, expected to close in the fiscal first quarter of 2026. Additionally, the Board of Directors refreshed the share repurchase authorization to $100 million on May 15, 2025.
