SKYX Platforms Corp. announced on May 21, 2025, a major collaboration for a $3 billion mixed-use urban smart city development in Miami's Little River District. This groundbreaking project will integrate SKYX’s advanced plug & play smart home platform technologies across the entire development.
SKYX is expected to deploy over 500,000 units of its smart home technologies and products, including an AI ecosystem, within the 63-acre development. The project features over 5,700 condos and apartments, with 2,400 designated as affordable housing, all equipped with SKYX’s all-in-one smart home platform.
The deployed products will include ceiling outlet receptacles, smart home platform technology with Wi-Fi, voice and app controls, emergency calling, speakers, intercom, emergency lights, safety night lights, smoke and CO detectors, and thermostats. This collaboration is expected to provide long-term recurring revenue opportunities through upgrades, monitoring services, and subscriptions.
