VCI Global Limited, through its AI subsidiary AI Computing Center Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (AICC), announced a major AI asset acquisition from Super Micro Computer. This strategic investment involves the procurement of 64 state-of-the-art Supermicro servers, each equipped with 512 NVIDIA H200 Tensor Core Graphics Processing Units. This deal underscores the strong demand for Supermicro's advanced AI solutions.

The investment, valued at over US$25 million, is projected to generate approximately US$6 million in annual revenue for AICC, representing a 20% increase in earnings by 2026. AICC's first AI computing center in Cyberjaya, Malaysia, powered by these Supermicro systems, is slated to go live in Q2 2025. This highlights a significant deployment of Supermicro's technology in a growing market.

This collaboration positions AICC as the first in Malaysia to provide AI cloud services powered by NVIDIA H200 GPUs, leveraging Supermicro's infrastructure. The NVIDIA H200 GPUs, part of NVIDIA's Hopper family, offer exceptional performance for large-scale AI and high-performance computing workloads. This major customer win reinforces Supermicro's role as a critical provider in the global AI infrastructure build-out.
