Snap-on is offering a 'buy one, get one' software promotion for customers who upgrade their diagnostic software, allowing them to receive the upcoming spring software release free of charge. This promotion is available until March 30, 2025, and aims to ensure technicians have the latest coverage and features.
The current software release includes expanded coverage for 50 makes, encompassing 16 Asian, 22 domestic, and 12 European vehicles, notably introducing Tesla coverage. It also provides 2024 model year updates for several brands and 2024 code scan and clear functionality for all makes.
New models such as Tesla S, X, 3, and Y, Alfa Romeo Tonale, and various Lexus NX and RX models are now supported. A preview of the free spring release includes additional 2024 model year coverage updates, 2025 code scan and clear for all makes, and plentiful ADAS and EV coverage, along with new guided component tests and location images.
