TD SYNNEX Launches AI Game Plan Workshop to Accelerate Partner AI Adoption

TD SYNNEX today introduced the AI Game Plan, a partner‑led workshop designed to translate AI opportunities into tangible business outcomes. The program is part of the company’s broader Destination AI initiative and builds on its existing AI ecosystem, including the StreamOne platform and the PartnerFirst portal.

The AI Game Plan follows a three‑phase structure. In the discovery phase, partners map out customer pain points and identify high‑impact AI use cases. The scoring phase applies a proprietary AI Readiness score to prioritize opportunities, while the activation phase delivers a customized implementation roadmap and hands‑on tools that partners can deploy with their customers. The workshop is tailored for partners in the Destination AI “AI Ready” and “AI Expert” tiers, which are determined by a partner assessment tool that evaluates technical capability, AI experience, and market focus.

The initiative is integrated with TD SYNNEX’s existing platforms. StreamOne, the company’s global cloud‑as‑a‑service platform, now offers new AI‑specific capabilities announced in November 2024 and slated for 2025, while PartnerFirst, launched in September 2025, provides AI‑driven recommendations and sales opportunity identification for over 30,000 partners who actively use the platform. Together, these tools give partners a repeatable, data‑backed framework for AI engagements.

TD SYNNEX’s partner network spans more than 150,000 resellers, system integrators, and service providers worldwide, with 30,000 partners actively using StreamOne. By equipping partners with a structured workshop and playbooks, the company aims to accelerate AI adoption, increase partner productivity, and create higher switching costs for customers. The program is expected to generate incremental revenue streams in the coming quarters by enabling partners to sell more AI‑centric solutions.

Sergio Farache, Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, said the program “enables our partners to facilitate repeatable, outcome‑oriented AI engagements, helping customers move beyond curiosity to real results.” Partner Marty Mackey added that the framework “gives us a clear path to identify where AI can make a meaningful impact, making it easier to guide customers through tailored use cases.”

The launch comes as enterprise investment in AI continues to rise, yet many organizations lack a coherent implementation roadmap. By normalizing AI adoption and reducing risk for buyers, TD SYNNEX differentiates itself from other IT distributors that offer more generic AI tools. The structured workshop and partner tiering position the company to capture a growing share of the AI services market.

In summary, the AI Game Plan represents a strategic expansion of TD SYNNEX’s AI capabilities, providing partners with a repeatable, outcome‑focused framework that aligns with the company’s Destination AI vision and is poised to drive partner revenue and customer retention in the AI‑driven future.
