SuperCom reported a strong start to 2025, achieving record net income of $4.2 million and record gross margins of 63.3% for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. Revenue for the quarter was $7.048 million, an increase of 2.9% from Q1 2024.
The company's financial foundation strengthened considerably, with cash and cash equivalents totaling $17.1 million and working capital reaching nearly $39 million at the end of the quarter. Long-term debt was reduced by 32%, and over $16 million in new capital was raised.
Strategic expansion continued with new contracts in U.S. states like Utah, Kentucky, and Arizona, and regional partnerships in the Midwest U.S. and Canada. Internationally, SuperCom was awarded its seventh national domestic violence project in the EMEA region and saw significant GPS device volume growth in European national programs.
