SuperCom announced a new electronic monitoring (EM) contract through an agreement with an established service provider in Tennessee, marking its entry into its eleventh new U.S. state since mid-2024. This reinforces the company's rapid expansion across the North American public safety market.
The Tennessee-based provider chose to transition existing GPS programs and launch domestic violence programs using SuperCom's PureSecurity™ platform, including PureOne™ and PureShield solutions. This decision followed an evaluation of multiple technology providers, highlighting the advantages of SuperCom's EM solutions.
This new deployment further strengthens SuperCom's position in the U.S. electronic monitoring market, where it has secured ten new service provider agreements and over 20 new direct contracts in under a year. Each new contract adds to the recurring revenue base and extends the company's footprint.
