Adam Kansler, who served as President of S&P Global Market Intelligence, a division with $4.5 billion in annual revenue and 18,000 team members, has departed the company. He has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Inovalon, effective March 2, 2025.
During his tenure at S&P Global Market Intelligence, Kansler was instrumental in developing new software and data products, introducing over a dozen GenAI-driven solutions, and overseeing multiple successful acquisitions. He also led extensive cloud compute and operational efficiency initiatives.
His departure marks a significant executive change for S&P Global, as it involves a key leader from one of its core business segments. Kansler's experience in leading data-centric businesses and tech innovation at scale is now being applied to Inovalon's mission in data-driven healthcare.
