Spok Reports Strong Q2 2025 Results and Raises Full-Year 2025 Financial Guidance

Spok Holdings, Inc. announced strong second quarter 2025 results, with total revenue increasing by 5.0% year-over-year to $35.686 million. Net income for the quarter surged by 32.9% to $4.552 million, or $0.22 per diluted share, compared to Q2 2024. Adjusted EBITDA also grew by 6.3% to $7.489 million. The software segment continued to be a primary growth driver, with revenue increasing by 10.0% to $17.246 million in Q2 2025. License revenue saw a substantial 41.1% increase, and managed services revenue grew by 151.7%. Software operations bookings for the quarter were $11.661 million, a 34.1% increase from Q2 2024, contributing to an 18.5% rise in software backlog to $65.187 million. Based on its strong first-half performance, Spok increased its full-year 2025 financial guidance. Total revenue is now projected to be between $138.0 million and $143.5 million, an increase from the prior guidance of $134.0 million to $142.0 million. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was also raised to between $28.5 million and $32.5 million, up from $27.5 million to $32.5 million previously.
