Sprout Social Delivers Strong Q1 2025 Results, Raises Full-Year Revenue Guidance

Sprout Social, Inc. announced strong financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2025, with total revenue reaching $109.3 million, a 13% increase year-over-year from $96.8 million in Q1 2024. The company's non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) of $0.22 significantly surpassed analysts' consensus estimates.

The company demonstrated profitability expansion, reporting non-GAAP operating income of $12.0 million, up from $5.6 million in the prior-year quarter. Current Remaining Performance Obligations (cRPO) increased by 21% year-over-year to $255.8 million, indicating future revenue growth.

Sprout Social's enterprise strategy continued to show success, with customers contributing over $50,000 in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growing to 1,766 from 1,449. The Average Contract Value (ACV) also increased by 16% year-over-year to $14,961.

For the second quarter of 2025, the company expects revenue between $110.8 million and $111.6 million. Sprout Social raised its full-year 2025 revenue guidance to a range of $452.9 million to $455.9 million, while maintaining its non-GAAP operating income and EPS guidance between $43.1 million and $45.1 million, and $0.71 and $0.75, respectively.
