SU Group Holdings Limited announced that one of Hong Kong's premier Class A office buildings has selected the company to significantly bolster its security. Under the agreement, SU Group will install high-security integrated lintel roller shutters. These shutters are designed to withstand attacks using bodily force and mechanically advanced tools.
The installed shutters are manufactured by Charter Global/U.K. and are certified to LPS 1175 Issue 7 SR2, independently tested by the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB). These systems integrate within the building's structure, providing enhanced security, regulating energy costs, and reducing noise. The installation is scheduled for completion by the end of Q2 2025.
Chairman and CEO Dave Chan stated that high-security roller shutters are becoming a primary defense for property owners due to increasing threats and escalating costs from damage and theft. This new win is expected to serve as a springboard for a meaningful surge in sales for the company. This project expands SU Group's footprint in the high-end commercial property sector.
