SurgePays, Inc. (NASDAQ: SURG) has incorporated three new subprime lead‑generation aggregators into its ProgramBenefits platform, a move that is expected to channel roughly 10,000 new leads per day once the system reaches full scale.

The company’s proprietary LogicsIQ engine will process all incoming traffic, matching each consumer with the most appropriate offer across wireless, credit, financial services, healthcare savings, and lifestyle benefits. This matching capability is designed to lower subscriber acquisition costs and create multiple recurring revenue opportunities.

The announcement follows Q3 2025 earnings in which revenue surged 292% to $18.7 million, yet earnings per share missed expectations at –$0.38 versus an estimate of –$0.12. Gross profit margin remained negative at –38.56% on a trailing‑twelve‑month basis, underscoring the urgency of a more cost‑effective acquisition model.

CEO Brian Cox said the new aggregators will accelerate scaling and reduce acquisition costs, positioning SurgePays to monetize its extensive retail footprint of more than 9,000 locations and tap the 138 million‑person subprime adult market.

SurgePays has recently launched ProgramBenefits.com (November 13, 2025) and a Growth Marketing and Data Partnerships Division (October 2025) to monetize consumer data and drive high‑margin revenue, aligning with the new lead‑generation strategy.

The company’s valuation stands at approximately $37 million as of December 4, 2025, reflecting the market’s assessment of its growth potential amid ongoing profitability challenges.
