PowerBank Corporation announced on July 29, 2025, that its 3.79 MW Geddes Solar Power Project in New York State is now fully operational. This project represents PowerBank's largest owned-and-operated asset in the U.S. and marks the official launch of the company's Bitcoin treasury strategy.

The Geddes Project, built on a repurposed landfill, delivers 3.79 MW of clean, renewable energy, capable of powering approximately 450 homes annually. Net cash flows generated from this project will be allocated, at management's discretion, to the acquisition of Bitcoin, creating a hybrid strategy that combines energy generation with digital asset investment.

CEO Dr. Richard Lu stated that Geddes is a pivotal moment for PowerBank, serving as a launchpad into a dual-track strategy fusing clean energy leadership with financial innovation. Solar Simplified will manage all customer-facing activities for the community solar project, ensuring full subscription and maximized revenue.
