Standex International reported fiscal third‑quarter revenue of $207.8 million, a 17.2% increase from $177.3 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2024. Adjusted earnings per share were $1.95, beating the consensus estimate of $1.93 by $0.02 per share.

The company’s Electronics segment experienced an 8.1% organic decline, offset by a $14 million contribution from new products and the acquisition of Amran/Narayan, which strengthened demand in electrification, data centers, and grid modernization. The Engraving segment completed a restructuring that closed four facilities, generating an estimated $5 million in annualized savings. Other segments—Scientific, Engineering Technologies, and Specialty Solutions—reported growth in fast‑growth markets, with sales of $62 million representing 30% of total revenue.

Standex raised its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to a growth of more than $110 million, driven by mid‑to‑high‑single‑digit organic growth in Electronics, double‑digit organic growth in Engineering Technologies, and continued contributions from acquisitions. The company expects to launch more than 15 new products in 2025, with over $14 million already generated in the third quarter.

Fast‑growth end markets such as data centers, defense, and space accounted for a significant portion of the quarter’s revenue, and management highlighted a long‑term target of exceeding $340 million in fast‑growth market sales by fiscal 2028. The company’s guidance reflects confidence in its product pipeline and the strategic benefits of recent acquisitions.
