Sypris Electronics, LLC, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc., has received a follow-on award to continue supporting a critical electronic warfare improvement program for the U.S. Navy. This new order involves the manufacture and testing of electronic assemblies for an additional four systems, to be delivered to a U.S. Department of Defense contractor.

The modules produced by Sypris will be integrated into a system designed to enhance the U.S. Navy's capabilities, providing active jamming against incoming missiles, cueing decoys, and adapting to evolving threats. This upgrade focuses on integrated countermeasures against radio frequency-guided threats, bolstering naval defense.

Deliveries for this award are scheduled to begin in 2026. Sypris Electronics has supported this program from its Engineering and Manufacturing Development phase through Low-Rate Initial Production, and now into Full-Rate Production, demonstrating a long-standing partnership and expanded role in this strategic initiative.
