TruBridge, Inc. announced the appointment of Merideth Wilson as the new Financial Health General Manager, effective January 2, 2025. The Financial Health business unit is a critical component of TruBridge, accounting for approximately 65% of the company's revenue and encompassing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) technology and services.
Wilson brings 25 years of healthcare technology leadership experience, including two decades with Experian, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Experian Employer Services. Her background includes successfully leading an initiative to offshore 50% of an outsourcing team, which generated substantial cost savings and provided a foundation for expanding future outsource offerings.
This key leadership addition aligns with TruBridge's strategy to capitalize on the growing demand for innovative RCM solutions and extend its market reach. CEO Chris Fowler stated that Wilson is uniquely qualified to lead Financial Health, bringing valuable insight for executing a global workforce strategy and driving margin growth.
