Teradata Corporation announced a new data integration with ServiceNow's Workflow Data Fabric, connecting and activating customer data on the ServiceNow AI Platform. This partnership aims to fuel AI agents, autonomous workflows, and analytics at scale, making Teradata's hybrid, multi-cloud analytics and data platform part of the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network.
The integration ensures joint customers can use AI agents to access enterprise-wide data in real-time, leveraging Teradata's foundation for AI models. Teradata will enable data access through a Zero Copy connector within the ServiceNow Workflow Data Network, eliminating data replication and improving data governance and security.
This collaboration is expected to lower operational costs by removing the need for manual data movement, turning insights into workflow actions that deliver business value. The data integration will be available to joint customers in the second half of 2025, enhancing Teradata's open and connected strategy for trusted AI initiatives.
