TELUS Digital Experience (TIXT) announced on May 28, 2025, the acquisition of Gerent, a U.S.-based Salesforce-focused consultancy. Gerent specializes in enterprise-scale implementation and integration projects, as well as agentic AI solutions. This acquisition expands TELUS Digital’s capabilities within its Digital Solutions service line.
Gerent is a Salesforce Summit Partner, holding 1,800 certifications across the Salesforce product suite and having delivered over 1,000 Salesforce projects globally. The acquisition is expected to strengthen TELUS Digital’s expertise in transforming the CX agent experience, including the development and implementation of agentic AI.
The transaction is not considered material, and financial terms were not disclosed. The Gerent brand will be retired at the end of Q3 2025. This strategic move aligns with TELUS Digital’s fusion-based growth strategy, aiming to create workforces that combine AI-enabled humans and autonomous AI agents for smarter, faster, and more personalized CX.
