TELUS Digital Experience (TIXT) released its second quarter 2025 financial results on August 1, 2025, reporting total revenue of $652 million. This represents a 2% year-over-year decrease, primarily attributed to lower revenues from a leading social media client and other technology clients.

The company also reported a $23 million or 15% quarter-over-quarter adjusted EBITDA decrease, with the adjusted EBITDA margin reducing from 23.3% to 19.9%. As a result of these financial outcomes, TELUS Digital announced a significant reduction in its full-year 2024 fiscal guidance.

During the earnings call, then-President and CEO Jeff Puritt disclosed that the company's transition towards an AI-fueled business "necessitates some cannibalization of our tenured and higher margin CX work." He further stated that the company would "have to take it on the chin a little bit in terms of our historical margin profile." Puritt also announced his retirement, effective September 3, 2024.
