RCI, the vacation‑exchange arm of Travel + Leisure Co., has partnered with Open Network Exchange (ONE) to broaden its cruise program, offering members up to 25% off public rates and access to more than 350,000 global experiences.

The partnership leverages ONE’s technology and sales platform to give RCI members greater flexibility and choice, aligning with RCI’s goal of increasing member value and attracting new members.

RCI’s member base of over 3 million members and the program’s launch in mid‑December position the company to capture growing demand in the cruise market, which is expanding as major cruise lines add new itineraries and onboard amenities.

Travel + Leisure Co. reported strong Q3 2025 results, with revenue of $1.04 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $266 million, a 10% rise. The vacation‑ownership segment grew 6% YoY, while the travel and membership segment grew only 1% and saw a 6% decline in adjusted EBITDA, indicating headwinds. The new cruise program is intended to bolster the travel and membership segment.

RCI previously partnered with World Travel Holdings to offer cruise benefits; the new partnership with ONE represents an evolution that expands the range of options and introduces technology‑driven pricing and booking tools. Management emphasized that the partnership will provide greater flexibility and choice, empowering members to design journeys that fit their lifestyles.

The partnership also positions RCI against competitors such as Expedia and CruiseDirect, offering a unique exchange model that combines member ownership with technology‑driven access to a broad inventory.
