Toll Brothers opened the sales center for its new Gold Hill community on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 1747 Keystone Crest Lane in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

The community features two collections. The Apex Collection offers single‑family homes with three‑story open‑concept floor plans, 3‑to‑4 bedrooms, and 2‑car garages, with prices starting in the mid‑$500,000s. The Horizon Collection will provide three‑story townhomes, slated to open for sale in spring 2026.

Buyers can personalize their homes through Toll Brothers’ Design Studio, and residents will have access to the Gold Hill master plan’s trail system, open spaces, and parks, as well as proximity to downtown Colorado Springs, local shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The location offers scenic mountain views and convenient commuter routes to major highways.

The opening of Gold Hill is part of Toll Brothers’ broader strategy to expand its footprint in the Southwest and capture demand from a growing affluent demographic. In Q3 FY2025, the company reported net income of $369.6 million, earnings per share of $3.73, and home‑sales revenue of $2.88 billion, a 6% increase over Q3 FY2024. Adjusted gross margin fell to 27.5% from 28.8% the prior year, reflecting margin compression amid rising costs. Management noted that affordability pressures and uncertain economic conditions persist, but the luxury business remains resilient.

Gold Hill adds a new revenue stream to Toll Brothers’ portfolio and demonstrates the company’s commitment to balanced build‑to‑order and spec home production, positioning it to benefit from the continued growth of Colorado Springs’ affluent housing market.
