Lunda Construction Awarded $34 Million Highway 169 Project in Minnesota

Tutor Perini Corporation announced on June 16, 2025, that its subsidiary, Lunda Construction Company, has been awarded a project valued at approximately $34 million. This project involves significant infrastructure work along Highway 169 in Jordan, Minnesota.

The scope of work includes the construction of four new bridges and 14 cast-in-place retaining walls. These improvements are designed to enhance the safety and efficiency of the highway corridor.

Work on this project began in May 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in November 2027. The full contract value has been added to the company’s backlog in the second quarter of 2025.
