Tutor Perini Corporation announced on July 21, 2025, that its subsidiary, Perini Management Services, Inc. (PMSI), is underway with work on two new projects collectively valued at $48.9 million. These projects include the Barrier System Repair at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom, for the United States Air Force, valued at $28,404,177.
The RAF Lakenheath project involves the design and construction of security fencing, aircraft, vehicle, and pedestrian gates, and infrastructure to support surveillance equipment and patrol roads. Work began in February 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in the fall of 2026.
The second project is the Rio Bayamon Housing Infrastructure, Utilities, and Resiliency in Puerto Rico for the United States Coast Guard, valued at $20,463,394. This design-build project will improve electrical and water storage infrastructure resilience. Work began in January 2025, with substantial completion anticipated in the spring of 2027.
