Tronox Holdings plc announced the appointment of Julie Beck to its Board of Directors, effective March 1, 2025. Ms. Beck will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, bringing her financial and accounting expertise to the company's governance.
Following this appointment, the Board will consist of 11 directors, with 7 of them being independent. Ms. Beck's career spans over 30 years, including her most recent role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Terex Corporation from January 2022 to February 2025.
Prior to Terex, Ms. Beck served as Senior Vice President and CFO of Nova Chemicals from February 2016 through November 2021. Her extensive experience in industrial and manufacturing sectors is expected to be a valuable asset to Tronox's Board and its stakeholders.
