TransUnion announced on February 19, 2025, the appointment of Tiffani Chambers as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer, effective immediately. Chambers will oversee TransUnion’s Global Operations team, which is responsible for consumer relations, customer delivery, and the Global Capability Center network.
Chambers joins TransUnion from Bank of America, where she most recently served as chief operating officer to the retail banking division, leading business management, strategy growth, digital transformation, and control functions. Her prior experience also includes leadership roles at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Chase.
Reporting to President and CEO Chris Cartwright, Chambers will serve on the executive leadership team. Her proven leadership and relevant global operations experience are expected to drive greater innovation and service for TransUnion's consumers and customers, aligning with the company's vision to make trust possible in global commerce.
