TWFG reported a 13.8% increase in total revenue to $60.3 million in its second quarter of 2025, and a 17.62% year‑over‑year revenue growth. The financial terms of the Alabama transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to enhance TWFG’s distribution capabilities and support agents with its technology infrastructure, reinforcing the company’s growth trajectory in the Southeast.
