Twist Bioscience Corporation announced on July 31, 2025, the launch of a humanized transgenic (HuTg) mouse model to expand and complement its offering of antibody discovery services. This new model aims to streamline monoclonal antibody discovery.
The HuTg mouse model generates robust immune responses and human antibody repertoires, designed to accelerate lead discovery and optimization. This platform enables Twist customers to identify fully human hits in weeks instead of months, streamlining translation into the clinic.
This new offering expands Twist’s in vivo antibody discovery capabilities, as it can be paired with Twist’s DiversimAb mouse model to maximize epitope coverage and also with B cell screening platforms. Twist is offering this model on a fee-for-service basis, eliminating time-consuming licensing negotiations and working within customer budgets and timelines.
