McCauley Propeller Systems, a division of Textron Aviation Inc., announced on April 21, 2025, that its newest C780 propeller for the Beechcraft King Air B300 series has successfully achieved certification from the National Civil Aviation Agency of Brazil (ANAC). Brazil represents the second largest installed base globally for Beechcraft King Air turboprops.
The high-performance McCauley C780 propeller features four aluminum swept blades and a 105-inch diameter. Jason Hull, vice president and general manager, McCauley Propeller Systems, stated that this propeller will improve the flying experience for over 700 King Airs in Brazil, offering versatility and performance enhancements.
King Air B300 owners and operators can have the propeller installed at a Textron Aviation Service Center or Authorized McCauley Service Facility without additional modifications. This certification expands the market for this upgraded component, providing smart solutions for unique missions in the region.
