Textron Announces CFO Frank Connor Retirement, David Rosenberg Appointed Successor

Textron Inc. announced on October 23, 2024, that Frank T. Connor, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, intends to retire on February 28, 2025. David Rosenberg, Textron’s Vice President of Investor Relations, has been elected to succeed Connor as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective March 1, 2025. Scott C. Donnelly, Textron Chairman and CEO, thanked Frank Connor for his 15 years of leadership and significant contributions to driving financial and operational excellence. Rosenberg brings over 24 years of experience in the aviation industry, including serving as Senior Vice President & CFO of Textron Aviation from 2018 to January 2024. Rosenberg's prior roles include leading the successful merger and integration of Beechcraft and Cessna Aircraft businesses, which formed the Textron Aviation segment. This internal succession reflects the strength of Textron's long-term planning, with Scott Hegstrom elected as the new Vice President of Investor Relations, also effective March 1, 2025.
