Ubiquiti Inc. announced its financial results for the third quarter ended March 31, 2025, reporting record revenues of $664.2 million. This marks a 34.7% increase from the comparable prior year period and a 10.7% increase from the previous quarter. The growth was primarily driven by the Enterprise Technology platform.
The Enterprise Technology segment's revenues increased by 41% to $585.7 million, compared to $414.3 million in the prior year. The Service Provider Technology segment experienced a marginal decrease of 0.3% to $78.4 million. Gross profit margin expanded significantly to 44.5%, up from 35.3% in the prior year, driven by lower excess and obsolete inventory charges, favorable product mix, and lower tariffs.
GAAP diluted earnings per share reached a record $2.98, more than doubling from $1.26 in the third quarter of fiscal 2024. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $3.00, up from $1.28. Net income more than doubled to $180.4 million, reflecting strong operational performance and increased profitability.
