During the event, UniFirst introduced the Cynthia Croatti Leadership Award, designed to honor leaders who demonstrate vision, passion, and purpose. Cynthia Croatti, Advisor and Board of Directors Member, and daughter of UniFirst Founder Aldo Croatti, was named the inaugural recipient for her four decades of instrumental guidance.
Founder's Day also recognized exemplary contributions of UniFirst Team Partners through the annual Employee of the Year (EOY) recognition and announced recipients of higher-education scholarships, including the Aldo Croatti Scholarship and the Ronald D.
