Unity Bank announced on November 14, 2024, the opening of new electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at its Clinton, New Jersey headquarters. These stations are now accessible to the public and can accommodate up to four vehicles simultaneously.
The new infrastructure is part of the Lynkwell charging network and provides 60kW DC fast charging capabilities. This initiative supports Unity Bank's commitment to sustainability and offers a convenient amenity for the community.
Employees and customers of Unity Bank will benefit from a special discount on charging fees, and EV drivers are invited to enjoy complimentary beverages from the bank's café during business hours. The project was completed in collaboration with Encore Energy Group, a commercial EV infrastructure provider.
