Energy Fuels Inc. announced on June 3, 2025, that its Pinyon Plain mine achieved another record in May, extracting 258,745 pounds of U3O8 from 6,043 tons of ore at an average grade of 2.14%. This represents a 71% increase over the previous month's record production.
The company also filed an updated Technical Report for its Bullfrog Project, increasing Indicated Mineral Resources by 15% to 10.5 million pounds of eU3O8 and Inferred Mineral Resources by 70% to 3.4 million pounds. The report outlines a 15-year mine life with annual production of 700,000 to 800,000 pounds of U3O8, and an after-tax Net Present Value of $31 million at a $90/pound uranium sales price.
Furthermore, Energy Fuels' Roca Honda Mine was added to the 'FAST-41' federal permitting dashboard, potentially expediting its federal review process. The company has also resumed permitting activity for the EZ Complex in northern Arizona, including renewing its Aquifer Protection Permit, positioning these as important long-term uranium projects.
