VEON Ltd. announced on April 14, 2025, the publication of its 2024 Integrated Annual Report (IAR), showcasing a year of strong operational and financial performance and commitment to social impact. The IAR highlights that as of the end of 2024, VEON served 122 million total monthly active users across its digital services portfolio, and successfully deployed AI-based solutions, including the launch of Kaz-LLM. The company reaffirmed its USD 1 billion investment commitment to Ukraine for 2023-2027, partnering with Starlink and enhancing network resilience.
Financially, VEON's unaudited FY24 results showed Group revenues increasing by 8.3% year-on-year and EBITDA growing by 4.9% year-on-year in reported currency. Direct revenues from digital services accounted for 11.5% of total Group revenues, growing at a rate of 63% year-on-year in reported currency, underscoring the success of its digital transformation strategy.
