The solution includes an internationally located 24/7/365 follow-the-sun support center with over 150 highly trained agents, offering assistance in more than 30 languages. This call center will handle common problems such as payment issues, charging malfunctions, and remote system resets.
Driivz also offers Level 2 charging support through Konect’s Network Operations Center, which provides 24/7 proactive monitoring of charging sites and remote issue resolution. This integrated service aims to enhance network availability, reliability, and stability, improving driver satisfaction and retention.
