VerifyMe, Inc. announced that, effective September 24, 2025, its PeriShip Precision Logistics division will no longer offer FedEx shipping services to its Proactive services customers. The company is transitioning these services to a new shipping partner, with offerings expected to commence later this month.
This strategic change is intended to allow Proactive customers to realize savings on their shipping costs, particularly during the upcoming peak holiday season. The company believes this move will maintain the valuable shipment tracking and customer services that clients have received from its Precision Logistics business.
The discontinuation of FedEx services for Proactive customers is not expected to impact the Premium services that VerifyMe provides to its existing FedEx customers. The top 5% of PeriShip's customers generate over 60% of its Proactive services revenue, with an average relationship tenure exceeding seven years.
