Vitesse Energy, Inc. reported robust financial and operating results for the second quarter of 2025, with net income reaching $24.7 million and adjusted net income at $18.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $61.1 million, reflecting strong operational performance.

Production volumes averaged 18,950 Boe per day, marking a 27% sequential increase from the first quarter of 2025 and a 40% increase year-over-year, primarily attributable to the successful integration of Lucero Energy Corp. The working capital deficit improved substantially from $49.4 million at December 31, 2024, to $3.8 million at June 30, 2025.
