Ametros, a leader in professional administration of medical insurance claims settlements and a subsidiary of Webster Bank, announced the promotion of Andrea Mills to Executive Managing Director of Webster Bank and President of Ametros. Her appointment is effective July 1, 2025.
Mills, who has been with Ametros since 2018 and most recently served as Chief Client Officer, will now oversee all aspects of Ametros’ operations. She will continue to lead the company’s efforts to improve outcomes for individuals managing medical claim settlements.
Luis Massiani, President and Chief Operating Officer of Webster Bank, highlighted Mills's respected voice in the industry and her instrumental role in driving Ametros's growth and client success. Former Ametros CEO Porter Leslie will transition to a senior advisor role, focusing on strategic opportunities within Webster’s Healthcare Financial Services segment.
