Walker & Dunlop Arranges $110 Million Refinance of Two Premier Multifamily Properties in Loveland, CO and Durham, NC

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. announced on September 23, 2025, that it successfully arranged $110 million to refinance two premier multifamily properties: Plat 4 at Research Triangle in Durham, North Carolina, and Plat 10 at the Ranch in Loveland, Colorado. Both transactions were structured as floating rate, interest-only bridge loans.

The Walker & Dunlop New York Capital Markets team, including Sean Reimer, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Keith Kurland, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Michael Ianno, and Stanley Cayre, arranged the transactions. ACRE provided the capital to refinance the existing construction loans for Buckingham Companies.

Plat 4 at Research Triangle is a 240-unit luxury garden-style apartment complex in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park, offering seclusion and connectivity. Plat 10 at the Ranch is a 353-unit luxury garden-style apartment complex in Windsor, Colorado, featuring high-end apartments and amenities in a rapidly expanding county.

Aaron Appel, senior managing director and co-head of New York Capital Markets, thanked Buckingham Companies for their trust and partnership in refinancing these assets. He noted that both Plat 4 and Plat 10 are among Buckingham Companies' latest successful multifamily projects to deliver.
