The Benefit Assistant, an AI agent, provides interactive support for over 1,500 benefits-related topics, aiming to empower employees and reduce inquiries to HR departments. BeneFITwise Premier leverages AI to analyze individualized health claims data, offering personalized financial information and actionable insights for benefits selection.
These AI functionalities are designed to maximize employees’ physical and financial well-being while minimizing benefits-related interruptions for HR teams. The initiatives reflect WEX’s investment in AI to solve customer challenges and strengthen its competitive moat.
